By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Consumers residing in the European Union retain all mandatory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION – FOOD SUPPLEMENT
Good Morning Iron Booster is a food supplement.
It is not a medicinal product.
The following mandatory statement applies:
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Any permitted health claims used comply with EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
We do not claim that this product:
- Treats diseases
- Cures medical conditions
- Replaces prescribed medication
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or under medical supervision.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities
- Correct pricing errors
All prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. GLOBAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
Customers outside the European Union are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Local taxes
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days.
EXCEPTION – FOOD & HYGIENE PRODUCTS
For reasons of health protection and hygiene:
Sealed food products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned.
If the product seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal is void.
Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days at the customer’s expense.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
7. NO RETURN OF OPENED PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of food supplements:
We strictly do not accept returns of opened products.
This policy is enforced to protect consumer health and safety.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted website access
- Error-free operation
- Individual results from product use
Results may vary between individuals.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Morning shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Loss of income
- Loss of business
- Loss of opportunity
Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Dutch or EU law.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.
